I was curious what everyone's gaming set-up is?
I have a 60 inch HDTV but haven't used it for 2 years since i've come to realize it has a 1/2 second delay...back when I first got my Xbox in 4th grade I hadn't ever played video games of any sort before with the exception of a select few on the computer but once I moved my Xbox into my room hooked up to a vert old standard def TV I realized the difference immediately...
Anyway, since my options are having to endure a terrible half second delay on a huge HDTV, having to endure the shittiness of an old standard def TV, or enjoying the awesomeness of using a 32 inch HDTV, I chose the latter...although I typically go standard def at all times to record with my Dazzle.
Also, I've got about maybe 6 wireless controllers now, an old broken wired mic, and a new wireless one as well. I care not about fancy headsets because the quality differential is hardly existent; it's mostly for the brand name (Turtle Beach).
Lastly, my PC is out on my living room. ;D

I have a 27' standard TV. I used to play on a 32' HDTV; but its internal fried. I have a sound system as well; two stand speakers, a receiver, and equalizer. Set controller to no vib, and whala; my gaming experience.

No vibration? Uncomfortable or to conserve battery life?

I recently acquired a Vizio 42" HDTV (LCD), which was actually a replacement of the Vizio 47" HDTV (LCD) with Wifi and 3D capabilities. We use the HDMI a lot with it because it gives a really crisp and beautiful picture. There's technically three wireless controllers (only Xbox), but one is no longer useable and one had the RB picked off by a dog, which we repaired with duct tape. xD We also recently bought the latest Xbox controller (silver with rotating directional pad).
I have the Turtle Beach headset, but I never use it. I actually bought it for the boyfriend who needed a new one for his FFXI parties and for when he and the roommate are doing Hoards on Gears 3.

The theory in Halo 3 was that if you use no vib, it wouldn't throw your BR off.. Ever since I adjusted it, I could never go back.
Lol AspireOne and her duct tape. That's innovative.

Too bad computers aren't really fixable with duct tape, at least not the internal parts. xD

Haha! xD
So, back to Gaming Set-Up... I don't know, how do you usually set up for multiplayer, online or offline (Black Ops Local)? What settings do you usually do?

I kind of get a little spooked when my controller vibrates because not only is the thing shaking, you can also hear what's inside of it rattling around. xD

Haha, that's some hardcore vibration... like when you put in two brand-new batteries and go guns-a-blazin' with an MG.

Oh man! That part is kind of cool when you're shooting and it does that... Kind of thrilling.

Yea. I can't stand when my controller goes into low battery mode and stops vibrating...
